What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3pm.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11am.
How much do you charge for breakfast per day?
Adult price £12.95, Children price (up to the age of 13 years old) £6.50 and under 3’s is free.
Do you take dogs?
Yes, we take dogs in all rooms/apartments in the hotel expect ground floor rooms or
our bridal suite. We charge £10 per day, per dog. You will find our dog policy on
our website.
Is there a lift in the hotel?
Yes, we have a lift in Reception to go to the first, second floor and our rear car
park, to access our ground floor rooms you would have to go down some stairs.
Do you have a car park?
Yes, we have car parking spaces at the front of the hotel and a small rear car park.
Our car parking is free, and it is first come first serve. If you are unable to park at the
hotel, then roads around the hotel are non-restricted.

How far away are you from the main town centre?
Bournemouth town centre is a 5-10 minute drive from the hotel, or you can walk
along the promenade which will take over 20 minutes.
Do you have any accessible rooms?
Yes, we have a small selection of accessible rooms with walk-in showers, 2 x singles,
1 x family room of 4 located in our lodge building, 1 x family room of 3 with a sea-view
and balcony, 1 x standard twin and 1 x standard double.
Where is the nearest train station to the hotel?
We have two train stations near the hotel. Branksome Station, Poole Rd,
Branksome, Dorset, BH12 1DF & Bournemouth Station, Holdenhurst Rd,
Bournemouth, Dorset, BH8 8HX
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms are non-smoking. We have a smoking hut located in our rear car park.
Do you provide a service for late checkout?
Late checkout is subject to availability, on check-in please one of our Reception
Team to see if this is possible.
Do you supply travel cots?
Yes, we supply travel cots at £6 per day, we do not supply any bedding.
Is Wi-fi available?
Yes, wi-fi is available throughout the hotel and it’s free, on check-in Reception
will provide you with the password.
Are there fridges in the rooms?
No fridges in the standard rooms, we only offer fridges in our self-catering
apartments, if you need to store any food or medication, please pop to reception
who will store it in the hotel’s fridge, and you will be able to access these 24 hours.
How many bedrooms do you have?
We have 6 singles, 15 standard doubles, 4 standard twins, 14 standard family rooms
for 3, 5 standard family rooms for 4, 2 standard family rooms for 5, 12 doubles room
with a sea-view and balcony, 1 twin room with a sea-view and balcony and 8 family
rooms for 3 with a sea-view and balcony.
Do we take American Express cards?
No, we do not.
Restaurant/Bar
Is there a restaurant to have evening meals in the hotel?
Yes, we have a restaurant which is open Monday-Sunday 19:00pm-20:45, for
informal eating, The Bridge Bar & Grill is open Monday-Sunday 17:00pm-20:45pm.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, we cater for all special dietary requirements. Please ask a member of our staff for
more details.
Is there a dress code for your restaurant and bar?
As a courtesy to other diners, we request that smart casual wear (i.e., not shorts,
vests, tracksuits etc.) is worn in the Cunarder Conservatory Restaurant for dinner.
The Bridge Bar and Grill is more relaxed.
Leisure Club
What is the opening and closing times for our leisure club?
Monday – Saturday 7:00am-9:00pm and Sunday’s 7:00am-8:00pm.
Do you supply swimming pool towels?
Yes, we do. They will need to be collected from Reception when you sign into the pool.
Do you need to book to use the leisure club?
Yes, you will need to Call our Reception Team on 01202 763653 or book at Reception
while you’re at the hotel.
